Born in Boston, MA, Chase began his real estate career in Los Angeles in 2002. Chase earned his Bachelors Degree in Communication from Tulane University and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. Chase's success in Los Angeles translated seamlessly to Miami where he founded his eponymous brokerage Howard Chase Real Estate in 2006. Chase's brokerage is world-renowned for it's A-List clientele and world class representation, brokering more than $2 billion in real estate sales since its inception. With two high-proile offices in Miami Beach, Howard Chase Real Estate caters to transaction types spanning luxury residential, land development, multifamily, commercial and industrial. Chase is the acting broker and leader of the company and his sophistication and passion for dealing with an assortment of issues in real estate has contributed to his success.
