LUXURIA ON THE OCEAN HOSTS PALM BEACH MASTER BROKERS FORUM DINNER

Comm. Steven Abrams and Others Discuss “Is The Ice Cracking? A Fresh Look at the Palm Beach Real Estate Market”

The Palm Beach Master Brokers Forum (MBF), an organization comprised of South Florida’s top residential real estate agents, recently held a dinner and panel discussion focusing on the county’s dynamic real estate market.

The Trump Group and its extraordinary Luxuria on the Ocean project in Boca Raton hosted the event, which began with an elegant cocktail reception in the poolside lounge. After guests were escorted to the pool area, Michael Goldstein, president of sales and marketing for Luxuria, welcomed the members and guests, and made a brief presentation.

The panel discussion, " Is The Ice Cracking? A Fresh Look at the Palm Beach Real Estate Market " was moderated by Tony Doris, reporter with the Palm Beach Post. The panelists included Palm Beach County Commissioner Steven Abrams, former mayor of Boca Raton; Gary Hines, senior vice president of the Palm Beach Business Development Board; and Bob Hamilton, an analyst with MetroStudy.

“Our market has certainly endured a number of challenges and downward pressures in the past twelve months, but these esteemed panelists gave us plenty of reason for optimism as well,” said Melanie Buhrman, chair of the Palm Beach MBF. “We thank them and our gracious host for supporting the broker community in this way.”

For a limited time, eligible agents in Palm Beach County may apply for membership into the MBF. Membership is limited to agents who have generated more than $5 million per year in residential sales volume in South Florida for five consecutive years, and who conduct business in the spirit of cooperation with fellow Realtors and with strict adherence to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
